Job summary

The 1916 Company is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Sales Support professional to join our Walnut Street, Philadelphia location as a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator for the E-Commerce team. You will act as the primary logistics liaison across all 1916 Company locations and support Sales Associates and Traders by removing obstacles and ensuring efficient inventory management in the internal database.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support and contact for E-Commerce Client Advisors and Inventory Managers, managing deals in progress.
• Responsible for the management, coordination, and shipping of watches and jewelry daily.
• Preparation of outbound shipping paperwork.
• Experience with international labels and customs paperwork is a plus.
• Coordinating insurance on shipments as appropriate.
• Outbound inspection of watches including QC paperwork and presentation for clients.
• Cross-reference listings with intranet to ensure all items pictured are included.
• Input client information into CRM as needed.
• Learn and retain brand product knowledge for all watch and jewelry brands offered by The 1916 Company.
