Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Order Processing Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced multi-channel distribution environment, handling order processing, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and shipment management for eCommerce and wholesale channels.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in logistics, supply chain, order processing, fulfillment, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL providers and LTL/FTL freight carriers.
• Experience supporting multi-channel eCommerce (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify) and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders across multiple sales channels (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, B2B).
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, 3PL partners, and carriers.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve fulfillment, transportation, and delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory levels across locations and channels to prevent stockouts.
• Communicate with sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain order flow.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, and carrier claims as needed.
• Research order discrepancies and work with partners to resolve quickly.
• Maintain documentation and support process improvements.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics & Order Processing Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced, multi-channel distribution environment. This position combines hands-on order processing, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and shipment management to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment across eCommerce and wholesale channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, LTL/FTL freight carriers, and multiple eCommerce platforms. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across teams, and proactively resolve order and transportation issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and B2B/wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, 3PL partners, and LTL/FTL freight carriers.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment, transportation, and delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and sales channels to help prevent stockouts and fulfillment delays.
• Communicate with sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain smooth order flow.
• Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory information within ERP, inventory management, and order management systems.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, damaged shipments, and carrier claims as needed.
• Research order discrepancies and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement of order fulfillment and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order processing, fulfillment, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers and LTL/FTL freight carriers is required.
• Experience supporting a multi-channel eCommerce environment, such as Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or order management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve order and shipping issues.
