Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc in Palmyra, NJ is seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and guide frontline staff. You will coordinate activities with the Warehouse Supervisor and ensure efficient handling of goods from receiving to shipping.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse operations, experience with e-commerce fulfillment, and proven leadership. You will train new hires, monitor quality, and maintain a safe, organized environment to reduce errors

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or overseas warehouse operations preferred.
• Good understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory procedures.
• Previous experience leading frontline employees or a small warehouse team preferred.
• Experience using WMS or handheld scanners is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse operations.
• Lead team members in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory-counting activities.
• Assign daily tasks based on workload and priorities.
• Monitor progress and quality to reduce shipping errors and inventory discrepancies.
• Train and support new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment use, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
• Assist with employee coordination, attendance monitoring, workflow management, and shift handoffs.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
