Embedded Shishya is seeking a strategic marketing and e-commerce partner to drive growth. You will run Meta/TikTok ads, optimize funnels, and help scale an audience into repeat sales on a Shopify store. The role emphasizes ownership of growth strategy over routine admin tasks, with potential for full-time expansion.

The role values a self-starter with experience in social ads, funnel optimization, and light content collaboration, operating in a flexible, async environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns focused on lead generation and growth.
• E-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify.
• Strong understanding of funnel-building and link-in-bio tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive lead generation and audience growth.
• Streamline the customer journey from social media → Linktree → Shopify store, removing friction at every step.
• Support the build-out of email/SMS marketing — including setting up systems to capture and organize customer data for future campaigns.
• Help grow the brand's audience across TikTok (primary focus), Instagram, and Facebook.
• Provide light support on content calendar, scheduling, and posting as needed (creative execution stays in-house).
• Support funnel-building for both product sales and the brand's educational/how-to content.
• Flag and help explore growth opportunities on emerging channels (e.g. YouTube).
• As the role grows toward full-time, take on some traditional VA support such as inbox and calendar management.
• Monitor website and e-commerce performance, flagging and helping resolve issues as they come up.
• Help create and maintain SOPs and internal processes to keep workflows smooth as the shipping and e-commerce side scales up.
