Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking an experienced E-Commerce PPC Specialist with strong Amazon marketing expertise to drive growth across Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing channels. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for scaling eCommerce brands through full-funnel digital marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising tools.
• Experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce performance marketing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and product targeting analysis.
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify scaling opportunities.
• Reduce wasted ad spend while improving ROAS and conversion rates.
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Analyze competitor activity, keyword trends, and marketplace performance.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and marketplace performance inside Amazon Seller Central.
