Job summary

Aday is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to own performance, optimization, and improvements across our online store. You will report to the CMO, combine creativity with analytics, and build fresh experiences for customers in the US and beyond.

You’ll analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, manage development pipelines, collaborate with marketing on launches, and identify new tech to accelerate growth. Travel 1–2 times per year as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience at a startup or fast-paced e-commerce
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Curious, solution-oriented, and creative problem solver
• Familiar with SQL, APIs, Google Analytics, Shopify and other e-commerce tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, optimization, and improvements of the online presence
• Analyze user behavior and develop A/B testing hypotheses
• Manage website development pipeline for US and international markets
• Act as main contact for website development team and site systems
• Ensure seamless site experience and quick issue resolution
• Identify new technologies or partners to accelerate growth
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches
• Conduct competitive analysis to improve user experience
