Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our client's digital marketing strategy for a fully remote role. You will drive traffic, conversions, and customer lifetime value across PPC, email, social, and SEO while collaborating with product, sales, and web teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in e-commerce marketing, a track record of scaling online businesses, and strong leadership skills to guide a remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and performance.
• Experience with performance marketing channels (PPC, paid social, affiliate).
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing principles within an e-commerce context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee and optimize all performance marketing channels, including PPC, paid social, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage and grow the email marketing program, including segmentation, automation, and campaign execution to foster customer loyalty.
• Lead the social media strategy, focusing on engagement, brand building, and driving sales through social channels.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling product descriptions, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and rankings for key product categories and terms.
• Analyze campaign performance, website data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with the product, sales, and web development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive conversions.
