Job summary

Sleepyhead in Scottsdale, AZ, is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to scale our online store, focusing on Shopify, site optimization, and the customer shopping experience. This hands-on, in-person role requires manufacturing experience to align inventory and promotions with production timelines.

You will collaborate with the Amazon Manager on omnichannel campaigns, improve conversion, and drive revenue while maintaining a detailed, data-driven approach to e-commerce performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally with a DTC brand.
• Required: Experience with manufacturers, suppliers, or production teams.
• Strong Shopify experience including storefront management and site optimization.
• Amazon Seller Central experience preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, CRO, and performance reporting.
• Experience with Klaviyo or other email platforms preferred.
• Comfortable with inventory data, sales forecasts, and product launch timelines.
• Able to work full-time in person at Old Town Scottsdale office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, product pages, and shopping experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRO, AOV, bundling, and upsell performance.
• Execute website updates, promotions, product launches, and merchandising changes.
• Monitor site performance and mobile experience, checkout flow improvements.
• Support CRO testing and implement data-driven improvements.
• Use analytics and AI tools to streamline workflows and boost performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers on production timelines and inventory.
