Sleepyhead, a fast-growing Scottsdale-based e-commerce brand, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to scale paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. This hands-on role requires 2–3 years in paid media, a data-driven mindset, and comfort with testing/AI tools to improve efficiency.

Based in Old Town Scottsdale, you will manage campaigns, analyze performance, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to drive ROAS and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in paid media/digital marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce/DTC brands is required.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok Ads a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to test, optimize, and report.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Analyze performance and adjust ROAS, CPA, conversions, and profitability.
• Assist with budget pacing, forecasts, and campaign planning.
