The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Digital Advertising Strategist to lead our Google Ads campaigns and drive customer acquisition through data-driven performance marketing. Based in our Old Town Scottsdale office, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and knows how to scale digital ad accounts with precision.

What You’ll Do

Google Ads Campaign Management

• Own end-to-end strategy, creation, and optimization of all Google Ads campaigns—Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to maximize ROAS.

• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with our creative team on visual assets.

• Test, measure, and iterate regularly to improve click-through rate, quality score, and cost-per-acquisition.

• Monitor performance and budget pacing daily, providing weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Performance Strategy & Growth

• Develop scalable strategies for new product launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns.

• Identify new paid channels, A/B testing opportunities, and growth levers within Google Ads.

• Set and manage monthly performance targets, budgeting, and forecasting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with our founder and marketing teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.

• Partner with our e‑commerce team to ensure tracking, landing pages, and attribution are fully optimized.

• Stay on top of Google algorithm updates, digital ad trends, and platform changes to keep Sleepyhead ahead of the curve.

• Train team members to optimize Google Ads campaigns

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

• Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in e-commerce or DTC.

• Are Google Ads certified and deeply familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Love diving into data and turning insights into action.

• Write killer ad copy that converts.

• Are excited to work in-office full time in our creative, fast-paced headquarters in Old Town Scottsdale.

• Are curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to do things smarter

Bonus Points For

• Experience with other ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce tools.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization or funnel strategy.
