Job summary
TCL North America is seeking a highly accountable E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to own the day-to-day execution and performance of Amazon and other key retail platforms. Translate channel strategies into actionable plans and drive initiatives from planning through completion with strong cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manages multiple priorities, identifies opportunities, and provides leadership with timely visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 4+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, or related area.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong knowledge of digital merchandising, retail media, and promotions.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising and brand performance optimization.
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to own initiatives from strategy to execution with deadlines.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day performance and execution across Amazon and key e-commerce channels.
- Develop channel strategies and translate them into prioritized, actionable plans.
- Lead initiatives from planning through execution and resolve issues to meet deadlines.
- Maintain real-time reporting on e-commerce KPIs and channel health.
- Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to ensure alignment.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance.
- Ensure digital shelf accuracy and optimize product content and promotions.
