Job summary

CTK Enterprises is seeking an eCommerce Associate to ensure accurate and timely online order fulfillment. You’ll work with warehouse and retail teams to meet high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction, handling orders from processing to shipping and tracking.

A strong attention to detail and proficiency with e-commerce systems are essential, with opportunities in a dynamic museum-related operation.

Responsibilities

Process and fulfill online orders accurately and within service-level expectations.
Pick merchandise from inventory and verify items, quantities, and order details.
Pack orders securely and professionally to protect merchandise and ensure a positive experience.
Prepare shipping labels and carrier documentation for pickup.
Monitor orders through fulfillment and address delays or incomplete orders.
Use e-commerce, order management, inventory, and POS systems as required.
Enter and maintain order information and handle changes or cancellations.
Assist with tracking shipments and resolving basic fulfillment issues.
Coordinate with warehouse to locate, replenish, and fulfill merchandise for online orders.
Respond to basic customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and merchandise availability.
