Job summary

Tampa Bay Sports is seeking organized, detail-oriented team members to support our e-commerce operations as the official online retailer of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC. This role focuses on accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders, picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for daily pickups.

Responsibilities include inventory organization, promotion support, returns handling, and participation in game days and events.

Qualifications

• At least six months of prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation preferred.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support other retail operations as needed.
• Availability during peak seasons, game days, and events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products for online orders using packing slips or pick lists.
• Pack items securely for shipping to ensure safe arrival.
• Print and apply shipping labels; prepare shipments for daily pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing/shipping workspace.
• Help organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency.
• Restock e-commerce inventory and pull new merchandise from the warehouse.
• Assist with product tagging, promotional packaging, and special projects.
• Support returns and exchanges processing.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Provide support during promotions, game days, and special events.
