Job summary

Tampa Bay Sports is seeking organized, detail-oriented team members to support our e-commerce operations as the official online retailer of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC. This role focuses on accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting promotions and events. Candidates should have at least six months in customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience or more.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation preferred.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to help in other retail areas as needed.
• Able to work during peak seasons and events.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products for online orders using packing slips or pick lists.
• Pack items securely for shipping and ensure safe delivery.
• Print and apply shipping labels and prepare daily FedEx shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing/shipping workspace.
• Restock e-commerce inventory and pull new merchandise.
• Assist with product tagging and promotional packaging.
• Support returns and exchanges processing.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Provide support during promotions and game days.
• Work across retail or event functions as needed.
