Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Tampa fulfillment center to pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will help maintain safety, quality, and accuracy, stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with RF scanning technology to ensure fans receive the right gear on time. Flexibility for overtime during peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles in a warehouse.
• Lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure correct items reach fans on time.
• Scan items using RF technology to maintain order accuracy and quality standards.
• Receive, store, and organize inventory to keep fulfillment operations running smoothly.
