Job summary

Tampa Bay Sports in Tampa Bay is the official online retailer for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC. The role focuses on accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders and maintaining an efficient packing and shipping area.

Team members will handle picking, packing, labeling, inventory restocking, and support during promotions, game days, and events. Flexibility to work across retail and event functions is required.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support other areas of retail operations as needed.
• Availability during peak seasons, game days, and events.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products for online orders using packing slips or pick lists.
• Pack items securely for shipping and print/apply shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing/shipping workspace.
• Restock e-commerce inventory and pull merchandise from the warehouse.
• Assist with product tagging and promotional packaging.
• Support returns and exchanges processing.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Support promotions, game days, and special events.
• May work in different retail/event functions (concerts, plaza store, warehouse).

Job SummaryTampa Bay Sports is seeking organized, detail-oriented team members to support our e-commerce operations as the official online retailer of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC.
