Job summary

Triton Stone Group is seeking an Order Desk Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product samples and provide admin support for ecommerce channels. The role blends light warehouse tasks with ERP administration to ensure accurate inventory, fast fulfillment, and smooth cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include processing orders in SPS, shipping label generation, inventory reconciliation, and Amazon Seller Portal coordination.

Qualifications

End-to-end handling of product samples and ecommerce admin tasks.
Strong accuracy in inventory, speed of fulfillment, and teamwork.
Ability to balance warehouse tasks with ERP data management.

Responsibilities

Execute assembly and packaging of sample orders.
Manage sample projects to meet brand specifications.
Conduct final quality inspections on outgoing samples.
Organize and maintain the sample library and fulfillment area.
Process sample orders through the SPS system from entry to completion.
Generate domestic and international shipping labels and customs docs.
Manage the Sample Inbox and coordinate with Triton team.
Reconcile inventory with system records for 100% accuracy.
Provide operational support for Amazon Sales including order entry and tracking.
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
