Job summary

Kingston Brass is seeking an organized Order Processing Specialist to manage daily online orders and coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams. You will retrieve orders from online portals, create labels, and ensure accurate tracking data.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, QA labeling accuracy, and updating customers by phone or email. Experience with Amazon, UPS WorldShip, and EDI is a strong plus in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon is a big plus.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software.
• Experience with E-Commerce Websites and EDI.
• Strong data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency.
• Strong dedication to problem solving and process improvements.
• Must be a true team player, personable, professional and flexible.
• Strong attendance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and administer orders daily.
• Retrieve and process orders from online portals (Home Depot, Target, Wayfair, etc.).
• Create shipping labels and upload tracking; issue sales orders in web portal/EDI.
• Prepare documents like bill of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices.
• Cross-check labels and documents for accuracy.
• Monitor open order reports to ensure timely shipping.
• Data entry for quick-ship and expedited orders.
• Coordinate with shipping/warehouse to improve order processing efficiency.
• Process returns and issue RMAs as needed.
• Provide customers with updates by phone and email.
