Job summary

Triton Stone Group is seeking an Order Desk Operations & E-commerce Coordinator in New Orleans, LA. This full-time role combines physical picking/packing with ERP administration to support sample program fulfillment and ecommerce channels, including Amazon.

You will manage the SPS system orders, generate shipping labels, reconcile inventory, and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery across domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sample orders and ERP administration.
• Attention to detail for inventory and quality control.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute the physical assembly and packaging of sample orders across product lines.
• Manage specialized sample projects to meet brand specifications.
• Conduct final quality inspections on all outgoing samples to maintain standards.
• Process all sample orders through the SPS system from entry to completion.
• Generate domestic and international shipping labels and customs documentation.
• Provide operational support for Amazon Sales, including manual order entry and tracking.
• Manage the Amazon Seller Portal communications and return authorizations.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile with system records for accuracy.
