Starfire Direct, a subsidiary of Outova, seeks an eCommerce Customer Support & Sales Order Fulfillment Specialist to drive accurate order processing and timely shipping. You will be the bridge among customers, sales, warehouse, and fulfillment teams, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced online environment.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, problem solving, and strong communication to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, order management, eCommerce operations or fulfillment.
Experience with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify) preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Serve as main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Enter and verify orders across eCommerce platforms and sales channels.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor orders, communicate status, and resolve shipment issues.
Assist with promotions, site navigation, and customer data integrity.
