Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a leader for their e-commerce fulfillment operations in Glen Burnie, Maryland. In this role, you will ensure seamless execution of both direct-to-consumer and marketplace fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DTC distribution and a strong background in establishing efficient processes.

You will lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house and develop a high-performing operations team. A robust benefits package is offered, including competitive compensation and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DTC Distribution experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• Experience supporting or scaling DTC and/or marketplace fulfillment (Amazon preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house, establishing processes, systems, and team structure.
• Own onboarding and fulfillment readiness for marketplace vendors.
• Oversee end-to-end order execution including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
