Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Manager, E-Commerce Fulfillment to lead in-house e-commerce fulfillment across DTC and marketplace channels from our Maryland operations. You will shape the future of digital fulfillment capabilities through processes, systems, and a high-performing team.

The role requires 5+ years in DTC distribution with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, plus experience with WMS/ERP and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of DTC distribution experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house, establishing processes, systems, and team structure.
  • Own onboarding and fulfillment readiness for marketplace vendors and future marketplace channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end order execution including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Build scalable fulfillment processes to support growth across DTC and marketplace channels.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, including labor and capacity planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Planning, Digital, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Drive KPI performance including order accuracy, ship-on-time, and order cycle time.
  • Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.

This role will lead Pandora's e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless execution across both direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital fulfillment capabilities.

What is needed to succeed:
