Job summary

Pandora’s Commercial Finance Manager for Ecommerce leads the financial planning and analysis for the Ecommerce channel, shaping budget and long-range plans. You will own the P&L, partner with Sales and Merchandising, and deliver actionable insights to leadership for sustainable revenue growth.

You will drive forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic projects, while advancing automation and analytics to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in consumer goods or retail.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L management skills.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Ecommerce/retail drivers (revenue, gross margin, pricing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ecommerce annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own Ecommerce revenue and gross margin planning and provide financial oversight of the P&L.
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Ecommerce teams on sell-out plans and monthly close.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews with clear insights and challenge business partners.
• Provide strategic decision support, scenario analysis, and financial modelling for new partners and investments.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and responsible AI initiatives to improve forecast accuracy.
