Job summary

Startek invites applications for an E-commerce customer service role working from home. The position supports customers in English and Hindi, with a 24x7 rotational shift and a 9-hour daily schedule (8 hours work + 1 hour break).

Candidates from all education levels, freshers or experienced, with own laptop and reliable internet, can apply. Interview process includes HR round and operations; immediate joining after selection; no sales or contractual work.

Both Undergraduates and Graduates candidates can apply.

Must Have own Laptop or system and wifi.

Timings: -

6 working days with 1 rotational week off.

Total staffing time is 9 hours out of which 8 hours of work and 1 hour of break.

24*7 shift

Interview Rounds: -

First an HR round and Ops round would be the final
