• Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow defined SOPs and quality standards during all interactions.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and resolution time.
• Adhere to assigned shift schedules and organizational policies.
• Stay updated with process knowledge, tools, and system updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
