Job summary

The Kroger Co. in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a capable Store e-Commerce support supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to laws and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as in-charge of e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas.
• Report pricing and location discrepancies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
