Job summary

Kroger City Market in Colorado is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead day-to-day online grocery activities, hire and develop staff, and ensure exceptional customer shopping experiences. You will drive product flow, scheduling, and initiative execution while maintaining compliance and safety across the department.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organization skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Interview, hire and train candidates for online shopping roles.
• Plan and schedule product flow and staffing according to guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to achieve sales and budget targets.
• Monitor inventory and manage substitutions as needed.
• Provide feedback to management on operational plans and issues.
• Control expenses and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
