Pick 'n Save is seeking an e-Commerce operations assistant to support the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations and uphold the chain’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, scheduling, training, order intake, labeling, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and company guidelines in a fast-paced store environment.

Formación

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting/addition/subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform selector and customer attendant duties as needed per guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and attendant roles.
• Act as e-Commerce department lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies needed to perform duties.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperatures to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and annual reviews.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
• Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
