Pick 'n Save is seeking a Front End Operations Assistant to support day-to-day front end department operations, policies, and procedures, upholding the company’s values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with customer service, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, labor scheduling, and maintaining a clean, efficient checkout area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.
• Improve reporting tools and evaluations related to retail operations.
• Provide training and follow up on Key Retailing aspects.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
• Support store management to maintain a well-organized shopping environment.
