Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Milwaukee is seeking a Store e-Commerce Support role to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations. This position emphasizes respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety within a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires supervising experience, ability to read shelf tags, basic computer and math skills, strong communication, and self-directed initiative.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required to lead the team.
• Ability to read shelf tags and interpret pricing or placement.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and systems.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities for customer and team.
• Basic math for counting, balancing, and quick calculations.
• Self-directed with initiative and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to laws, food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and attendant roles.
• Act as in-charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associate needs.
• Maintain intake of orders and distribute work to selectors/attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and staging areas.
• Report pricing/discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
