Pick 'n Save in Brown Deer, Wisconsin seeks an organized Store e-Commerce assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department and uphold the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

The role includes supervising and training team members, scheduling, distributing orders, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining cleanliness of staging areas, and ensuring compliance with local and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
Ensure team adheres to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
Act as e-Commerce lead in absence of Store e-Commerce manager.
Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
Maintain intake of orders and assign work to staff.
