Job summary

Pick 'n Save is seeking an experienced Store e-Commerce Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will supervise selectors and attendants, ensure order accuracy, and uphold company values in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety, and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies needed to perform duties.
• Keep staging areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Report discrepancies to the e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance reviews.
• Work cooperatively in high paced or stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, special needs individuals, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
