Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
3. Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed
4. Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles
5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
6. Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs
7. Maintain the intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and customer attendants
8. Print and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departments
9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
10. Maintain supplies needed for duties
11. Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean
12. Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature types
13. Perform opening and closing procedures
14. Implement process improvements as directed
15. Provide feedback on team members’ performance
16. Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments
17. Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
18. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
19. Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
20. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
21. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers

• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired:

• Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles
