Job Description

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness
2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines
3. Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed
4. Train all functions and duties of these roles
5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
6. Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs
7. Maintain customer order intake and assign work to team members
8. Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments
9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
10. Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment
11. Report discrepancies and issues to the store e-Commerce manager
12. Perform opening and closing procedures
13. Implement process improvements as directed
14. Provide feedback on team members’ performance
15. Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments
16. Manage conflict effectively
17. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
18. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
19. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
20. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Qualifications

Minimum

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired

• Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles
