e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier roles

• Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Ensure team compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train team members in roles and responsibilities
• Act as the department supervisor in the Store e-Commerce manager’s absence
• Assist with scheduling and order management
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and maintain supplies
• Maintain organized and clean staging areas and equipment
• Report discrepancies and issues to the e-Commerce manager
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Implement process improvements as directed
• Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews
• Work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments
