e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)
Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience
- Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to read shelf tags
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
- Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed
- Train team members on all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles
- Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
- Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
- Maintain the intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and customer attendants
- Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments
- Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
- Maintain supplies needed for duties
- Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean
- Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature to the store e-Commerce manager
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Implement process improvements as directed by the division or enterprise e-Commerce team
- Provide feedback on team members' performance for daily and annual reviews
