e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, cleanliness, and variety
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train team members in their roles
• Act as the e-Commerce department lead in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager
