e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, or cashier experience

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with laws, food safety, and company guidelines
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train team members in various roles
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
• Assist with scheduling and order intake
• Manage supplies, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain organization
• Report discrepancies and perform opening/closing procedures
• Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts effectively
• Act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support vulnerable customers
