Minimum Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction)
- Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking, or cashier roles
- Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company policies
- Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
- Train team members in various roles
- Act as the department supervisor in the Store e-Commerce manager’s absence
- Assist with scheduling and order intake, and manage work distribution
- Print and manage order labels, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain supplies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Report discrepancies and issues to the manager
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
- Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
