e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking, or cashier roles
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with laws, food safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in various roles
  • Act as the department supervisor in the Store e-Commerce manager’s absence
  • Assist with scheduling and order intake, and manage work distribution
  • Print and manage order labels, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain supplies
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
  • Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
  • Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
