Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our expanding e-commerce team in Minneapolis. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing timely order updates and guiding customers through purchases with accuracy and empathy.

Work in a pet-friendly, modern office with paid parking and a US-based customer base on a contract through February, with potential extension based on business needs. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• B2C customer service experience required.
• E-commerce CS experience preferred.
• Zendesk or similar ticketing systems a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable learning product information.
• Pet-friendly office environment comfort.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Provide order status updates and assist customers with purchases.
• Answer product and website-related questions.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers.
• Process returns and issue refunds; provide shipping labels.
• Document interactions in company systems; note resolutions.
• Collaborate with team on trends and process improvements.
• Support additional CS and admin tasks as needed.
