This role ensures accurate online order processing, timely communication with customers, shipping coordination, and administrative support in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or e-commerce and will handle multiple tasks, including orders, refunds, and inquiries, while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, retail, administrative, or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders, refunds, credits, and gift card transactions.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, questions, and updates.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with warehouse staff.
• Monitor orders for inventory, payment, and shipping issues and resolve concerns.
• Support third-party marketplace orders and maintain accurate product availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional service.
• Maintain records and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
