DLF North America is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers from Windsor, WI. You will manage orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate information flow across sales, production, and logistics.

The role emphasizes professional communication, order accuracy, and strong collaboration with Sales, Inventory, and Finance to ensure excellent customer experiences and reliable service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, supply chain, or operational support roles.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated customer service capability.
• Experience using ERP systems (Navision, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process e-commerce orders, credits and invoicing accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Inventory and Finance to ensure accurate information.
• Support inventory movements and ERP-driven transactions.
• Maintain customer records and provide documentation upon request.
