Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or related role.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting online marketplaces or e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate product support and order processing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
