The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, relationship building with customers and stakeholders, and delivering best-in-class service to support growth across digital channels.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer service or related role.
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms preferred.
Experience supporting online marketplaces or e-commerce operations is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
