Job summary

Dynatect is seeking a Customer Service Advocate in New Berlin, WI to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company. You will handle orders, pricing inquiries, order status, and expediting via electronic and phone channels.

You will resolve product and service concerns, issue return authorizations, and coordinate with internal resources. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or higher-level education required.
• 2- or 4-year degree from post-secondary education preferred.
• Previous Customer Service or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel) to assist in developing and maintaining reports and data collection efforts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between customers and Dynatect; provide timely support for orders, pricing, status, and expediting.
• Assist in resolving product and service concerns; provide return authorization numbers as needed.
• Perform order support across applicable product groups and route calls to the main phone line.
• Coordinate with production planning on expedite requests and maintain data in internal systems.
