Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales, retail, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate with customers across phone, email, and chat.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and asks questions when needed.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Bonus: experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms, ticketing systems, order management, and interest in digital marketing or sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls for follow-up to ensure customer needs are met.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product, pricing, availability, and order information.
• Manage customer orders from purchase through fulfillment, addressing questions, changes, delays, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and find practical solutions while collaborating with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and e-commerce teams to keep orders moving.
• Identify potential problems before they escalate and communicate important updates on orders, products, and customers to the team.
• Assist with preparing customer quotes and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
• Support the e-commerce team with website, product, marketing, and special projects to enhance customer experience.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of products, systems, and processes to serve as a reliable resource for customers.
