Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, order fulfilment, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Inventory, Marketing, Sales, IT and operations to execute e-commerce strategies.
• Ensure accurate processing of inventory for order fulfilment.
• Monitor and improve fulfillment schedules for on-time delivery.
• Support budgeting and monitor e-commerce P&L performance.
• Train and develop staff involved in e-commerce activities.
• Coordinate with external e-commerce consultants and service providers.
• Evaluate e-commerce strategies and practices for efficiency and growth.
• Adhere to GMP and good documentation practices.
