Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Development Manager to scale a book of enterprise partners and drive topline revenue for TikTok's US Commerce business. You will build and optimize industry operating mechanisms and lead initiatives around merchants, assortment and content.

With deep knowledge of global e-commerce, you will translate data and insights into growth plans, collaborate across teams, and deliver measurable impact while navigating an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in global e-commerce, business analysis or industry/segment operations.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of global e-commerce; able to independently run business analysis, strategy design and growth opportunity assessment.
• Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset; collaborates across teams to drive projects to execution.
• Preferred: quick learner, proactive and resilient; thrives in ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the global e‑commerce business and identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research and insights.
• Build and optimize industry operating mechanisms, including strategy tracking, resource allocation and reviews.
• Lead growth initiatives around merchants, assortment and content to improve GMV and operational efficiency.
• Enable industry operation teams by improving capabilities and overall business results.
