Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Carlsbad, CA to guide buyers from online and phone inquiries to an in-store experience. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help customers find their perfect vehicle with no-haggle pricing.

You will highlight financing options, close deals, and ensure outstanding service before and after purchase, contributing to loyalty and smooth transitions to the Service department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
