AutoNation is a leading automotive retailer seeking an e‑commerce sales associate to guide customers from online and phone inquiries to an in‑store experience, delivering an exceptional buying journey in our no‑haggle environment.

You’ll respond to leads promptly, help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms, and close deals, while following up to ensure satisfaction and smooth transitions to service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• The willingness to follow up with customers
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Responsibilities
