AutoNation is a leading automotive retailer seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate. You will interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment, respond to leads quickly, and deliver an exceptional experience from inquiry to in-store visit.

You’ll need strong communication, a desire to help customers, and some sales or retail experience; driving record must be valid and clean. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience mindset is required.
• Ability to meet and exceed targeted sales goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and build relationships.
• Experience with technology and using online inquiry tools is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, by phone, and in person to select their vehicle.
• Provide information, answer questions, and guide customers to an in-store experience.
• Negotiate terms within the no-haggle environment and close deals.
• Transition customers to service after purchase to support ownership experience.
